The Villa

Turtle Bay House is a luxurious four-bedroom villa that combines quiet elegance with laid-back island comfort, set within the Nail Bay estate on Virgin Gorda.

A recent renovation brought travertine tile flooring, granite surfaces, stainless hardware and custom mahogany millwork through the villa, without disturbing the easy, unfussy feel the house was built for. At its center is a great room with vaulted, whitewashed beams overhead and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar — the kind of room built for everyone to end up in.

Outside, a stone-edged pool sits between sun-drenched patios and shaded terraces, and a private pathway leads guests straight down to the sand at Mountain Trunk Bay.

On Virgin Gorda

Virgin Gorda is the third-largest of the British Virgin Islands — quieter and less developed than Tortola, with the island's granite geology shaping both its coastline and, indoors, the villa's countertops.
